Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping details.
We are not liable for delays caused by logistics, customs, or incorrect addresses.

5. Returns & Refunds

Return eligibility depends on the supplier’s policy.
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to request a return or report an issue.
Items may need to be returned directly to the supplier’s warehouse.
Refunds are issued once the supplier approves the return or confirms the item does not need to be returned.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Customers are responsible for any customs charges or taxes applied by their country.
